Introductory Workshops

Get a taste of the Brain Gym® program by attending an Introductory Brain Gym® workshop near you. You’ll gain information about the Brain Gym movements, techniques, and theory. Some target general audiences, while others focus on specific areas.

Our Brain Gym Instructors are licensed to use the Brain Gym® material to develop and teach these workshops. As independent contractors they are able to create titles and content (within parameters), and set up their own registration processes including fees and schedules.

These workshops have not been reviewed and approved by Brain Gym® Australia, as such, while an instructor may distribute certificates of attendance, there is no licensure or re-licensure credit available through Brain Gym® Australia.

Come along and enjoy this simple sequence of Brain Gym® and related movements set to music. Let the gentle integrating flow reconnect you with your innate sense of rhythm, ease, coordination and stability. Leave feeling relaxed and refreshed in mind and body.

 

This workshop will be held at St David's Neighbourhood Centre in Coopers Plains on the second Saturday of each month in 2018.... May 12, June 9, July 14, August 11 etc.
