Biographical Information
Background
As a teacher in the Primary and Early Childhood sectors for over 30 years, when I first came across Brain Gym® almost a decade ago, I could immediately see the possibilities for assisting children to reach their true potential. I completed my training as an Instructor in 2007, and while continuing to teach in a local preschool using Brain Gym daily with the children, I began running workshops to show other teachers how easily they could use the work to support their students.
In 2009, I resigned from my teaching position and established my business, Brain Connections, to pursue my passion for spreading the word about Brain Gym. At that time I also became involved with schools that had been affected by the horrific Black Saturday bushfires, at first as a freelance volunteer, and then with the Yarra Valley Practitioners Project until its closure in early 2012.
Having moved to the beautiful Gippsland Lakes in September 2018, I am now beginning a new adventure, introducing myself to local kindergartens & getting to know the local communities. I’m looking forward to sharing the wonderful Brain Gym work with the children, staff & families at each of the centres where I work as a relief teacher.

- Teaching Brain Gym 101, Hands On (BG 106) and One Day Introductory courses
- Presenting talks and introductory Brain Gym training sessions tailored to meet the needs of various groups which have included groups as diverse as Church Guilds, the CWA and a Diversional Therapists Conference.
