Introductory Workshops

Get a taste of the Brain Gym® program by attending an Introductory Brain Gym® workshop near you. You’ll gain information about the Brain Gym movements, techniques, and theory. Some target general audiences, while others focus on specific areas.

Our Brain Gym Instructors are licensed to use the Brain Gym® material to develop and teach these workshops. As independent contractors they are able to create titles and content (within parameters), and set up their own registration processes including fees and schedules.

These workshops have not been reviewed and approved by Brain Gym® Australia, as such, while an instructor may distribute certificates of attendance, there is no licensure or re-licensure credit available through Brain Gym® Australia.

Have fun and enjoy learning specific, easy, quick, safe and effective physical Brain Gym movements which stimulate brain activity for optimum learning as well as enhancing memory, concentration and energy, and reducing stress. Brain Gym activities make living and learning easier and more natural. They are portable and can be applied in all areas of life - home, school, work, sports and recreation.

A series of three workshops aimed specifically at VCE students to give them the opportunity to make the most of their final year at school.

  • Reduce stress and enhance learning abilities
  • Study with extra focus
  • Reduce anxiety as exams approach
  • Overcome fears, relax and focus better in exams for better results

2) Study with extra focus and reduce anxiety 1.00 to 4.30pm 11th June, 2017

3) Overcome fears and enhance study practices and results 1.00 - 4.30 pm 1st October

 

Each workshop will be a "stand alone"opportunity to learn how to use Brain Gym to support students in their VCE studies. Ideally, attending all three would give the optimum results.
